Rachel is a healthcare product and business leader with 15 years of experience driving strategic growth, launching first-of-its-kind products, and leading end-to-end product lifecycle management. She has launched seven products across implants, capital equipment, and software, revitalizing portfolios and accelerating adoption in competitive markets. Previously, Rachel led global portfolio strategy at BK Medical, achieving 2-3X growth, and advised executives on innovation and growth strategy during her tenure at Cambridge Consultants. She brings a unique blend of product, commercial, and visionary leadership, aligning clinical insight, customer needs, and business strategy to deliver meaningful healthcare impact.

Ashley Scott has over 20 years of experience in business development, product launch, and leadership across industry, academia, and the start-up community. She built her career launching new products and driving results at Johnson & Johnson, MD Anderson Cancer Center, and emerging life science ventures. Today, she leads Business Development at Texas Oncology, a McKesson subsidiary, in Texas Medical Center and also teaches Professional Sales at the University of St. Thomas. Known for her passion for trust-based selling and building meaningful partnerships, Ashley is committed to expanding access to new products and creating collaborative networks that fuel innovation and growth in healthcare.

Weber is an expert consultant at NDA Partners with a rich background in clinical research and orthopedic surgery. He has held positions at University of California at Davis and Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.
