Tom Ross has been active in medical device general management as well as sales & marketing management for over 35 years. Tom has held officer-level positions with 7 successful start-ups here in the Silicon Valley medical device start-up community. Like most true entrepreneurs, Tom’s passion is assembling a team with focus and the common goal of success.
Suzy Engwall
Advisor
Engwall is a seasoned professional in healthcare innovation and business development. With nearly two decades of experience, She prides herself on being a connector of people and a bridge between the healthcare and technology sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Arizona State University, as well as multiple certifications in Six Sigma, Lean, and IDEO methodologies. Her mission is to transform healthcare through human-centered design, collaboration, and partnership. She also has a strong background in design thinking workshops and coaching.
Dr. Stephan Weber

Dr. Weber did his undergraduate and medical school at University of Michigan, where he was an Alpha Omega scholar. His internship and residency was at University of California at Davis, where he was outstanding resident of the year on two occasions. He then had the privilege of working with Dr. Richard Caspari completing an arthroscopy fellowship in 1986. Weber is an expert consultant at NDA Partners with a rich background in clinical research and orthopedic surgery. He has held positions at University of California at Davis and Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. His experience includes serving as a Medical Officer at the FDA, reviewing and clearing orthopedic devices, and he has numerous publications in the field of orthopedic surgery.

His role is crucial in ensuring that OUI Medical's products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements, especially in new markets.
