OUI Medical selected by Health Wildcatters a leading MedTech Accelerator in USA for 2022 Cohort

(DALLAS,TX) — Today Dallas-based seed accelerator, Health Wildcatters announced the nationally ranked program has added eleven new startups to its portfolio, bringing the number of startups under Health Wildcatters’ umbrella to 99. The accelerator is entering its tenth year and has become a mainstay in the North Texas healthcare and entrepreneurial community, recently moving their headquarters to Pegasus Park.

This year’s program introduces a new partnership with the Health Finance Institute in a pilot program to accelerate a mutually selected healthcare startup with an application in chronic disease management or treatment applications.

Aptus Life (Dallas, TX) – Aptus Life is a new direction in patient care and healthcare efficiency. CEO Jay Brenner has spent his career in pursuit of the optimum collaboration of technology, artificial intelligence, data logistics, processes and treatment. Sage Spectra (College Station, TX) – SageSpectra is a low-cost, portable device that uses light to accurately measure tissue oxygenation across any patient at risk of Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD) in under 3-minutes. PAD is the narrowing of the peripheral arteries that carry blood away from the heart, resulting in reduced blood flow to the legs and feet.
